Walton Clay Studio is a small family-owned pottery shop located in Star, NC, just up the road from Seagrove, the Pottery Capital of the USA. The owner, Donny Walton, grew up a potter’s kid. Both his parents worked full time throwing pots and running a gallery in Seagrove. His life path has taken him from computer software engineering to the arts and crafts industry and he’s now come full circle, back to pottery.
